The scope of the projects I led would vary in size, complexity and value for both the company and end-users alike. Such projects included: migration of large scale consumer websites to a mobile friendly MVC framework, development of web applications, UI/UX development of websites and admin portals, updating products/services to meet legal compliance, designing solutions for improved security, API development, CRM integration, email automation, content management and responding to support tickets for client websites and featured web directory profiles. Through each project I gained greater insight into the potential blockers in delivering projects and at the same time gained valued skills into methodologies or technologies that could be applied in future ventures...
