Benjamin Oller is an entrepreneur and business owner with roots in Real Estate. Ben is a University of Pittsburgh graduate and a member of the Oller Family. His training in Real Estate began at birth. GoldOller Real Estate Investments is a family business with more than 40,000 residential units under management across the United States. Since founding The Condo Shop in 2010, Ben has amassed a portfolio of real estate-related businesses in the local Philadelphia Market. His current businesses include The Condo Shop, TCS Management Services with 3,000 single family units under management, Rittenhouse Realty, Rittenhouse Capital Advisors, Rent Philly, Keller Williams Realty Center City Philadelphia, GO Commercial Real Estate and TCS Investment Group. Ben's focus with all his businesses is focused on simplicity, communication and execution. He resides in Haverford, Pennsylvania with his wife and 2 children.

Daniel Edrei, TCS Anika Homes and Anika Equities' Managing Partner and founder, has almost 25 years of experience as a commercial real estate lender, owner and investor. The bulk of his experience was with family owned lender/investor Meecorp Capital Markets, LLC. Meecorp is an active investor in Anika Equities' transactions. Over his career, he has been responsible for debt and equity originations, underwriting, asset management, workouts, and the marketing of a multitude of financial products including conventional, bridge and mezzanine loans, construction loans, preferred equity loans, equity JV's, accounts receivable financing, and ground sale/lease backs. He has been featured, quoted as an expert, and/or penned articles in a multitude of commercial real estate publications including Real Estate Weekly, the Scotsman Guide, the Real Deal, Real Estate Fund Intelligence, Real Estate Alert, City Realty, the California Mortgage Press, and the NJPA Real Estate Journal and had numerous speaking engagements in conferences by the IMN, Opal group, iGlobal Forum, Bisnow, and the Mortgage Bankers Association and has served as a judge for the New York City Construction Awards.
Edrei is skilled at designing ‘win-win' situations for buyers, sellers, investors, and borrowers. He is an out-of-the-box creative thinker. His strengths include structuring, analytics, communication and problem solving skills. He attended New York University, with continued education in real estate, finance and banking.
Gaurav Gambhir is a successful entrepreneur and business owner. In 2001 he graduated from Drexel University with a degree in Business Administration. Since that time, he has been building and growing real estate-related business in and around Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Gaurav's business interests include partnership in The Condo Shop, TCS Management Services, Rent Philly, MEGA Realty and TCS Investment Group. He resides in Philadelphia with his wife and daughter.
Rebecca Oller holds a MSS degree from Bryn Mawr College and was a practicing Social Worker until 2016 when she joined the business. Having owned her own small rental portfolio, Rebecca was well suited to share the helm at TCS Management as it's operating partner. Rebecca's leadership has helped make TCS the largest single family property management company in the area. Rebecca also has an interest in SNA Renovations LLC and Madison Parke LLC. Rebecca resides with her family of three in the Graduate Hospital area of the city.
