This certification allows for a license to practice home inspections from Consumer protection BC, which Chris also holds in good standing... In addition to being a graduate of the Home Inspection program at BCIT, and the mentoring process for the inspection certification, Chris is also a Red Seal Journeyman Carpenter, having completed a 4 year carpentry apprenticeship, and an ensuing career as a Carpenter and Contractor. This equals a career of having been on the tools- building, repairing, improving, renovating, and maintaining buildings in the lower mainland. Chris has always enjoyed the experience of improving and repairing a home for a client, and has gotten to know many pleasant people, often by doing repeat projects for them, as well as subcontract work for reputable custom home builder/renovation companies...
