With the current province-wide shutdown in place, we will not be hosting classes at CIF. Throughout winter and spring 2021, online discord classes will continue on Mondays and Wednesdays @ 8-9 pm. We will continue to inform you guys on our social media sites on the latest updates to our teaching schedule. Till we get to throw/fight/spar/grapple each other again in-person, stay safe ... This does directly impact our gradings and they will not be held this term. We hope to re-schedule the grading for a future date when we have more clarity on the situation. Although this is a very unfortunate situation, we are focusing on the health and safety of our community at this time. If you have any personal concerns please contact our head instructor, Sensei Eugene. We will aim to keep you updated as the situation develops.
