Dr. Dawn-Marie Pearson is the lead mental health specialist and professional psychotherapist at Hope Ranch. She is a Board Certified Christian Counselor and a professional pre-marital, marriage, family and crisis therapist. With over 15 years of Christian counseling experience in the United States and Barbados, Dr. Dawn-Marie holds a Doctor of Ministry in Counseling and a Master of Arts in Education, with training in special education. She is also a certified personality coach and holds advanced certification as a Crisis and Trauma First Responder and is a certified Prepare-Enrich pre-marital and marriage facilitator.
Using sound counseling principles and effective therapeutic plans tailored to meet the needs of each individual, couple, and family, Dr. Dawn-Marie provides proven, timely and effective counseling care. She specializes in creative, age-appropriate, cognitive and kinesthetic-based counseling for children and adults.

Elector Pearson is a certified John Maxwell coach, trainer and facilitator and a certified EAGALA equine specialist. Using highly effective experiential based dynamics, Elector provides specialized life coaching for individuals, couples and groups. He is also the lead facilitator in the high and low ropes courses located at Hope Ranch.
