VANRAI RESORT & CHITRAPATANG GARDEN

Initially we developed the property by planting over 500 mango trees, few banana trees and other trees. Our increased visits and stay at the farm gave us an opportunity to explore beauty by observing different type of insects, reptiles etc. We were fascinated by various types of butterflies seen in our farm but were a bit disappointment as they were not many in number and did not stay long in the farm... Nitin B Mhatre a commerce graduate and Prashant B Mhatre a graduate in Culinary Science ventured in agro tourism activity since 2014. Dream of setting up a facility "Vanarai" for agro tourism was initiated and perceived by this duo on a self owned 6 acre agricultural land at Vangaon... It hosts a beautiful Butterfly Garden named Chitrapatang (Spaced in 2 acres), mango farm, other activities for the nature lovers & seekers of nature as source of life, swimming pool, accommodation arrangement served with traditional food delicacies to savor the moment for the lifetime.
