Aidan initially joined us in 2019 to do work experience, but he impressed us so much he joined us on a full-time basis as a joiner in July 2020. He's continuously learning and is going from strength to strength.
As a Liverpool FC fan, Aidan loves his sport and you'll spot him either playing football or running to keep fit. But he also slows down a bit to enjoy relaxing walks with family and friends.

Working with Nathan for over 10 years, Dan has played an important part in the success of Nathan McCarter Joinery and has been there to see the business go from strength to strength. With a full Level 2 Diploma in Bench Joinery, Dan's knowledge and skill take every customer's project from initial machining to the final finish before it leaves the workshop as a quality, handcrafted piece.
An enthusiastic darts man, Dan is keen to step up to the oche at every opportunity for a few sets of 501, but with two small children, those opportunities don't come around as often as he'd like!
Making sure Nathan McCarter Joinery runs smoothly, Felicity has been working behind the scenes in the business for over 10 years. Knowing the business inside out, Felicity is crucial to business development while overseeing all office administration, and is the key to our efficiency and organisation.
Outside the office, she's Mum to Harry and enjoys the outdoors and long walks with Scruffy the dog and catching up with her BFFs. She's also keen on doing a bit of gardening and hopes to one day get that veg patch started.
Joining us in September 2020, Katie is our part-time office administrator. Giving essential support to Felicity, she also plays a key role in the day to day running of the office. She'll also often be your first point of contact when you email, call, or visit us.
Having been with us for a number of years in different roles, Tom is now one of our experienced workshop joiners and on-site fitters. With a solid grounding in all our processes, Tom's skills, knowledge, and understanding are essential in providing our customers with excellent service.
When he's not joining or fitting with us, he's kept busy at home with his two children, and enjoys cricket and catching up with friends - when he has time! Tom also joins Nathan in being an on-call firefighter with the Devon and Somerset Fire and Rescue Service.
