Alyson Scurfield is a well-known visionary leader of service transformation, delivery and business development in the digital health and care sectors. She is currently Chief Executive of the TEC Services Association (TSA) and its subsidiary TEC Quality.
As a key thought leader, Alyson has held a number of leadership positions, focusing on driving standards, quality improvement and workforce development both via TSA involvement in policy development and in setting sector service quality benchmarks in the UK and Europe with TEC Quality and UKAS. She is a Trustee of the International Longevity Centre, the UK's specialist think tank on the impact of longevity on society.
Passionate about how technology can transform care, Alyson is also driving the industry agenda for quality and continuous improvement with the TEC Quality standards framework to support population health. Alyson's vision is for TSA to drive innovation to achieve integration of health, housing and social care.

Charlotte Dugdale is TSA's Strategy & Engagement Officer.
Over the past nine years, Charlotte has developed a vast range of experience within TEC, Health and Care sectors. Past experience spans across TEC sector from call handler/responder/installer at beginning of career to supporting regional growth for a Telehealth Device Manufacturer.
Her post prior to joining TSA, was supporting a small Domiciliary Care Agency by leading a change project supporting the sustainability and growth whilst improving service delivery and repositioning the brand.

Nathan is Head of Consultancy at TSA, and has extensive international experience of consultancy within the field of efficiency and procurement, working intimately within the local government social care and health sectors.
Nathan spent several years on the Care Services Efficiency Delivery (CSED) programme within the Dept. of Health, focusing on the implementation and realisation of sustainable efficiencies within adult health and social care. Nathan's principal expertise was developed in the delivery and mainstreaming of assistive technology/telecare.
He has worked with Improvement & Efficiency West Midlands (IEWM) and ADASS West Midlands as Regional Telehealthcare lead, working with local authorities, health trusts and associated providers, and has provided focussed support in the area of TEC to numerous city, county and borough councils across the UK.

Paul works alongside TSA to support the technology enabled care sector to grow and prepare for the future world of care and health technology.

Richard has almost 30 years of experience within the TEC sector during a career with a major TEC supplier. During this period, he undertook a number of roles including working with UK based and international R&D departments as well as being responsible for Product Management for various product ranges.
He is customer focused and has always taken a keen interest in understanding the needs of all TEC stakeholders and ensuring that the most appropriate solution is specified to meet those needs.
Richard is credited as the 'inventor' on two European patents relating to innovations within the TEC sector and takes a keen interest in all areas of technology particularly with a view to leveraging these, where possible, to improve the TEC offering.

Ros Roughton has extensive knowledge of both the adult social care sector and the NHS. Most recently she was Director-General of Adult Social Care at the Department of Health and Social Care (DHSC) and before this, she was Executive Director of NHS Commissioning at NHS England, where she had responsibility for general practice, dentistry, pharmacy, national screening and immunisation programmes, armed forces healthcare and healthcare in the criminal justice system. Ros is currently Non-Executive Director at Sheffield Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust.

Two thirds of Taking Care's 100,000 customers are private payers, so he brings extensive experience of the consumer market. Previously Steve led companies in the private health, insurance and financial services markets and he has a strong track record in business growth.

Tim is Business Transformation and Strategy Lead at TSA with a specialism in digital services and the issues around the analogue to digital shift.
He has a senior management background with a large corporate communications provider across both commercial and public sector markets; in addition, he has worked as a management consultant with over 25 local authorities and CCGs across the UK, enabling the deployment of technology and the realisation of efficiency savings.
He has worked with Gloucestershire County Council, Health & Social Care Northern Ireland, London Boroughs of Haringey, Hackney and Barnet - specifically on the development of new TECS initiatives as well as TECS review and redesign.
Tim has a strong background in sales, people management and organisational change as well as being a specialist in the field of Electronic Monitoring of Care, having supported over a dozen councils with implementation.
