Alexis is a Partner at GP Bullhound. He has 20 years experience in the technology industry and had led M&A and fundraising transactions for growth stage companies across a broad range of technology sectors, with a focus on Software and Digital Services.
Alon is a Partner at GP Bullhound's growth fund, responsible for originating investment opportunities and handling portfolio companies globally.

Ashleigh is a Director based in the London office at GP Bullhound. Prior to joining GP Bullhound, Ashleigh worked as an auditor at Deloitte in New Zealand.
Ashleigh holds a BCom and Graduate Diploma in Accounting, graduating from the University of Otago, New Zealand. Ashleigh is a qualified CA, through Chartered Accountants Australia New Zealand.
Ben is a Director at GP Bullhound and focuses on software, tech-enabled services, and financial technology industries. Prior to joining the firm in 2021, Ben spent three years at HSBC in London, where he worked on both the origination and execution of M&A transactions as part of their Business & Tech-Enabled Services and FIG teams. Prior to joining HSBC, he spent two years at ING, and two years at BNP Paribas as part of their London-based sector M&A teams.
Ben holds an MSc in Management from Bocconi University and a BSc in Economics and Management from the University of Rome Tor Vergata.
Carl Wessberg is a Partner at GP Bullhound and a technology investment banker focusing on cross-border M&A and capital transactions for high-growth businesses.
Carl has worked with successful companies such as DeliveryHero, Klarna, MatHem, Icomera, Pingdom and Tobii among others. In 2007, Carl started his Investment Banking career at Credit Suisse in London working with Telecom, Media & Technology transactions. Prior to joining Credit Suisse, and alongside his studies, Carl worked at the Swedish Private Equity fund Valedo.
Carl graduated from the Stockholm School of Economics and holds an MSc in Finance.

Carolin is a Vice President at GP Bullhound's Berlin office. Prior to joining the firm, she has worked at MCF Corporate Finance, a Hamburg-based M&A boutique, as well as in the investment banking division at Macquarie Capital in Frankfurt.
Over the past years she worked on a number of successful M&A transactions across a broad range of industries.
Carolin holds an MSc in Finance from Durham University Business School (UK). She also studied in Berkeley, California, and in Hamburg, Germany.
Carsten is a Executive Director at GP Bullhound. He has more than eights years of experience in venture capital, corporate finance and M&A. Prior to joining GP Bullhound, Carsten worked as an Associate Director at Oaklins, where he advised on capital raises as the Head of the Growth Capital Team at Oaklins Germany, as well as several cross-border M&A deals as part of the international SaaS, E-Commerce and IoT sector teams.
Prior to that, Carsten held a senior position at BDO in Germany, after co-founding a boutique M&A advisory firm in New York, advising technology start-ups on exits and capital raises.
He holds an MBA in International Finance from the European School of Economics and completed Executive Education classes in AI and Machine Learning at MIT Sloan.
Prior to joining GP Bullhound, Cecilia Roman was working at Morgan Stanley in the MSCI team. Before this, Cecilia was at GP Bullhound in its build up phase. As the Head of Marketing and Client relations she was responsible for third party contacts, brand building and developing the distribution network.
Cecilia started her career as a strategy management consultant, working at Arthur Andersen focusing on e-business and internet companies.
Cecilia holds an M.Sc in Business and Economics from Stockholm University.
Claudio Alvarez is a Partner at GP Bullhound. He is the Co-Head of the London office and focuses on the Software, Fintech and Digital Services sectors. He's worked with some of the firm's most high-profile clients, which include AnyVan, Hooyu, Egoditor, Orbus Software, Mambu, Paradigma and Fjord.
Claudio graduated from Wesleyan University with a dual BA in Economics and Philosophy.

Eric is a Partner at GP Bullhound, focusing primarily on M&A, Capital Raises and Advisory transactions for technology companies. With over ten years of investment banking experience, Eric leads GP Bullhound's Consumer Subscription Software ("CSS") practice and has executed transactions for growth stage companies across the US and Europe. In addition to CSS, Eric has advised on transactions in the Ad-tech, Digital Services and Fintech industries.
