Aaron has been the driving force behind our data-led approach to delivery over the last couple of years. Having graduated from Nottingham Trent University with a business management degree, he joined one the UK's biggest construction developers, working in a performance analysis role. He was brought into Build Space to help give our conversion max power. His addition ot the team has been game-chaning. Outside of work, Aaron loves to watch and play sport and is a massive Gooner. He also loves raving and missbehaving, travelling and Japanese food. He has a work hard, play harder attitude which we have no doubt will help him reach his goals of visiting his wishlist places like Brazil, Ecuador and Vietnam.

Kelly has recently joined our Modular Space Team as a Delivery Consultant, having worked in recruitment administration previously. A graduate in Organisational Psychology, we have no doubt Kelly will be making placements in no time. In her spare time, Kelly loves to hike, walk her two dogs, Bonnie & Clyde and read mystery novels. Her life motto is "Keep moving forward!!!"

Peggy has joined the Build Space team as a Delivery Consulant helping to source, develop and manage the best talent in the Open Space market. Having graduated with a degree in industrial psychology and labour studies she brings a real energy to our delivery capability. Outside of work, Peggy has a great sense of adventure. She is curious by nature and is always open to experiencing something new. She is a mean cook and loves to entertain friends and family. She has big travel plans going foreward with Thailand top of her list.
Rochelle brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to her role as Financial Controller at BuildSpace.
She began her diverse career in alternative medicine and after working in the health industry for several years, purchased a business of her own. This is where Rochelle developed a passion for financial processes and streamlining; refining techniques to improve profitability and day to day running of her business.
At BuildSpace, Rochelle's role covers a variety of responsibilities. There is a high emphasis on financial governance which includes managing payroll, payments, invoicing, budgeting and cash flow. She is also responsible for producing accurate monthly management accounts for the key stakeholders of the business; as well as tracking overall financial performance.
Rochelle has a love for travel and as a result, she and her family relocated from Australia to live in the UK. She enjoys movies, taking her dog for walks and cooking for friends. She spent 2 years working in finance for a high end auction house in the UK. This ignited a passion for Art, with one of her favourites being the work of Spanish Painter Joan Miro.
