AEM COUNSELLING

I am a Person Centred Counsellor based in Ashton in Makerfield, near Wigan, which is easily accessible from Manchester, Liverpool, Preston and Warrington. I have my own private premises, with plenty of free parking. This provides a safe, confidential space for individuals and couples to work through feelings of anger, distress, loss or trauma to enable them to live a healthier, more fulfilling life. I have additional qualifications in CBT and SFBT and I am a member of the BACP... I have many years experience working therapeutically with anxiety, depression, addiction, anger ,stress, workplace issues, identity and bereavement. I have a particular interest in working with young people and family issues. I have experience working with neurodiversity, including ASD, ADHD and Dyspraxia .
