David Lazier

Mr. Lazier is a private investor who has made more than 130 investments in search funds. He is also the president of American Security Products, a leading manufacturer of high-security safes. From 1984 to 2011, Mr. Lazier served as Controller, Vice President of Sales and then Co-President of Nelson Nameplate Company, a manufacturer of membrane switches and product identification based in Los Angeles, California. From 1982 to 1984, he worked as an engineer for IBM Corporation. Mr. Lazier currently sits on the boards of American Security Products, Columbia Sanitary Products, Datum Technologies, and Gogotech. He has previously served on the boards of Glendale Memorial Hospital Foundation, the San Gabriel Valley Habitat for Humanity and St. Mark's Episcopal Church. He received his Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering from Northwestern University.

Kent Weaver

Kent Weaver is currently Chairman and former CEO of Progressive Home Care, a Northern California-based health care company. Previously, Mr. Weaver held executive positions in marketing and product management for a VC-backed marketing software startup, served as regional CFO and business analyst in Pepsico's Pizza Hut Division, and as a management consultant at Ernst & Young. He received his BS in finance from the University of Southern California and MBA from the University of California, Los Angeles. He currently serves on the board of Change Academy Lake of the Ozarks, Desco, Tbase, and mTab.

Marcos Jorge Leon

Marcos is a Founder and Managing Partner of Tamroc Partners. He has extensive experience in business planning, financial analysis, due diligence, and asset management. Before Tamroc, Marcos worked as an investment professional for Coventry Development Corporation, a multi-billion dollar asset manager. While at Coventry, Marcos directed the deployment of capital projects, including a five-building development in Colorado where he also managed project execution with the construction teams, property managers, owners, and tenants. Also at Coventry, Marcos was involved in the early stages of a $10 billon dollar master-plan community in Houston where he constructed the project's financial plan using a mixture of municipal district debt, private funds, and other instruments. Additionally, Marcos has over eight years of experience investing in small and early-stage companies and serves on 7 boards. Since leaving Coventry, Marcos has worked as an investment associate at a private equity fund in South America that specializes in distressed situations. Marcos earned his MBA from the Harvard Business School, and his BS in Finance from Babson College.

Matthew Burr
