ARCHARD VALLEY ESTATES

I am a former tenant of Lisa Archard / Glenn Archard / Archard Valley Estates, Inc. I moved out of 4 Lydia Street in April 2018, two months after my two year lease expired, and left the apartment in immaculate condition. Several weeks went by without the return of my $695 security deposit, and after April 21st 2018, Lisa and Glenn stopped responding to my text messages or letters. I was confused as to why they weren't returning my deposit or even providing me a reason why, so I asked two of my former neighbors if they got their security deposits back after moving out. They had not. Incredulous, I contacted a few more former tenants of the Archards, then a few more, then a few more, and eventually heard back from 33 different people that had not received any portion of their security deposits back from Lisa Archard and Glenn Archard / Archard Valley Estates, Inc.
