Ashley has been an Aspen local for 12 years, relocating from Alaska after high school. Her experience working in multiple hospitality roles makes her a seasoned expert in customer & culinary service, while her vibrant personality and love for performing stand-up comedy, brings a spark to every guest interaction.
Ashley is avid outdoorswoman and she can be found weaving through trees on her snowboard during the winter months and enjoying the Aspen outdoors hiking, camping, and fishing during the summer.
Brittany has lived in Aspen for eight years working in the luxury hospitality industry. Her experience in sales and events and with numerous luxury Aspen hotels has provided the expertise to arrange the perfect stay for our guests. When Brittany is not running the lodge to perfect standards, she is hiking, playing tennis, skiing or trying out the latest après-ski hot spots in town. As a wine connoisseur, she can recommend the best locales for pursuing your passion for a great glass of wine.

Jake has lived in Aspen for 6 years. An active mountain man, Jake has the scoop on where to find the secret stashes to snowboard on a powder day or the smoothest trail for a summer mountain bike ride. His experience in hospitality and property management make him a jack of all trades, maintaining the lodge functioning to top standards and ready to help guests with any needs. As world traveler himself, Jake is well versed in customer service and is an expert at fulfilling our guests needs with the highest hospitality standards.
Jennifer has lived in Aspen for 13 years. Her experience working in a myriad of hospitality and customer centric roles brings distinctiveness to lodge operations and our guest experiences. Over her tenure in Aspen, she has created strong relationships with Aspen finest vendors and her love for adventure and a great meal, make her a great source for recommendations when planning your next event or outing. When Jennifer is not at the lodge, she can be found enjoying Aspen's dining gems, snowboarding, and spending quality time with her sweet and outgoing 4-year-old daughter.
