Atlas Green Works was founded by Larry Smith in 2009. While we primarily provide construction management and project management services for municipal public works and park construction projects, we also provide a host of other consulting services (See Below under "Consulting Services"). Our diverse experience uniquely positions us to take on "challenging" projects that have had difficulty progressing through the pre-construction phase into an actual executed construction contract and construction product. There are a number of reasons why the pre-construction process can stall. These problems can generally be summarized as they don't have enough funding or time to complete the project as designed before the dedicated funding (often through grants) runs out. In such circumstances we offer a "turn key" solution that includes value engineering, bid documents development, contract negotiation, and construction and project management through project close-out.
