Bailey Hunter was founded in 2008 by Claire Cox. Claire has over 20 years of experience working in the legal sector. She qualified as a Solicitor in 1998 and practised as a solicitor in Newcastle for 3 years. In 2002, she made her move into recruitment, then heading up the legal division. After six years successfully placing candidates in law firms, Claire realised she had a talent for recognising exactly what kind of people were needed to build an effective law firm...
