Cynthia M. Whitman

Cynthia M. Whitman was born and raised in the Tampa Bay area, and received a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Literature from the University of Tampa in 2010. Prior to attending law school, she worked as a Copy Editor for the Tampa Tribune. She received a scholarship to attend Western Michigan University, Thomas M. Cooley Law School, graduating Cum Laude in 2016. While in law school, Ms. Whitman received Book Awards in Legal Writing, Scholarly Writing and Pre-Trial Skills. She served as Senior Articles Editor for the Thomas M. Cooley Journal of Practical and Clinical Law, and was an active member of Phi Delta Phi Legal Honors Society. Ms. Whitman represented Thomas M. Meghan Keane

Meghan Keane was born and raised in beautiful Sarasota County, Florida. She attended the University of Central Florida where she earned her Bachelor of Science in Finance and a Minor in Real Estate. She then went on to earn her Juris Doctorate from Barry University School of Law. During her law school days, Meghan participated in the Children and Families Clinic where she served as appointed counsel in several delinquency and dependency proceedings and went on to receive the book award for the class. While in the Children and Families clinic, Meghan was selected to escort a juvenile to Michigan to testify in a human trafficking trial. Before coming to Bitman O'Brien & Morat, PLLC, Meghan worked as a coverage attorney where she attended over 2,500 foreclosure hearings throughout Central Florida. Pamela M. Patterson grew up in South Florida and received a Bachelor's of Science Degree in Criminal Justice and Sociology from Florida International University in 2013, which is where she discovered her passion for the law. In her time before law school she was the Administrator of a Home Health Agency that serviced all of Broward County. She went on to attend Barry University School of Law, graduating Magna Cum Laude in 2019. While in law school, Pamela received book awards in Contracts, Florida Contracts, Legal Research and Writing, Torts, and Civil Procedure. Paula Rousselle

Paula Rousselle has 36 years of experience in civil trial practice, handling litigation and arbitrations. She received her B.S. (1976), and her J.D. (1979), from Stetson University. The primary area of her practice involves the defense of medical malpractice cases, including the defense of both physicians and hospitals in litigation, arbitration, and Department of Health investigations. She also handles the defense of premises liability and product liability cases for major grocery store chains and for physician practice locations and a hospital. She has handled the defense of automobile, bad faith, PIP/UM, and general insurance litigation. She has participated in seminars and lectures for physicians, chiropractors, nurses, insurance adjusters, hospital administrators, and risk managers. For the past three years, she has participated as a mentor for University of Central Florida students who are taking their final legal studies and professionalism classes. Taylor assists University of Central Florida seniors pursuing law degrees by reviewing their resumes, providing feedback, and doing mock interviews to ensure they were prepared for their future legal careers. Taylor, alongside Ronnie Bitman, will be assisting Influencer Counsel, the new division of Bitman O'Brien & Morat, PLLC, focused on representing bloggers, athletes, celebrities, content creators, influencers, models and the like. She will be representing and providing legal counsel to these individuals in regards to contract law, compensation negotiation, intellectual property protection, defamation suits, FTC compliance, and name, image and likeness (NIL) protection. Taylor actively participates in numerous organizations within the legal community. She has been honored with serving on the board for the Seminole Florida Association for Women Lawyers (SFAWL) for several years.
