With over two decades of marketing expertise, she serves as a fractional CMO, offering support for consumer product companies seeking strategic marketing leadership without the commitment of a full-time hire. Her specialization lies in empowering Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) companies, spanning from Fortune 500 corporations to emerging brands, with expert guidance in navigating the ever-evolving marketing landscape.
Before establishing Blueprint Marketing Group, LLC, Jenica held influential roles at prominent national and international companies, including Yum! Brands, Gruma Corp/Mission Foods, and her tenure as the brand marketing leader and head of innovation at Borden Dairy Company.
Beyond her corporate ventures, Jenica is a passionate advocate for small and minority-owned businesses and is an active board member. Her affiliations include Executive Chair and Board of Directors for DFW CPG, Board of Directors and Marketing Committee Chair for Women's Business Council - Southwest, 2nd Vice Chair for DFW Minority Supplier Development Council's Minority Business Enterprise Input Committee (MBEIC), and an Advisory Board Member for Tasty Clean, Inc.
