As Chief Operating Officer, Andrew oversees firm-wide operations, including accounting and marketing practices, and BRR's strategic planning initiatives. Andrew's key focus is on the places the firm designs and creates for our clients. He works with teams across the country to evaluate the standards we have in place and elevate the consistency we bring for all client projects. Andrew has been with BRR since 2004 and became principal in 2015. While also leading the firm's Philadelphia office, Andrew provides top-level leadership for grocery and retail projects throughout the Northeast. He is instrumental in working with project managers to maintain a high level of quality as projects progress through design, permitting, production and construction phases.

Angela Markley

Angela Markley, JD, has been with BRR since 2011 and is our in-house legal counsel. Day to day, she works with our leadership and project teams to implement practical, mutually-beneficial contract terms with our clients and consultants. Her expertise managing professional service agreements has been essential in maintaining positive client relationships, as well as a healthy legal and financial standing for BRR.

Anna Opie

Anna has been with BRR since 2010 and works as a Human Resource Manager in our Kansas City office. She shows her passion for people daily in both her recruitment efforts and the implementation of our company policies. During her day-to-day work, Anna assists employees with the onboarding process and leads benefit enrollment for the firm. She helps define the work culture at BRR to be engaging and encouraging for all team members.

Austin Abbott

Austin has been with BRR since 2011, starting in the Bentonville office, and is now part of the team in our Austin office. He is a Project Manager and has experience working with a variety of national grocery clients. He has worked on several project types including remodels and prototype development and maintenance. Austin worked with our team to leverage BRR's BIM abilities to meet our clients' needs on large scale projects.

In his 30 years with the firm, he has worked with clients to implement national and international building programs. With more then 35 years of experience, Charles has provided project management and architectural services on a variety of projects. As a member of the Quality Control team at BRR, he provides leadership on all phases of projects, and currently is heavily involved in BRR's construction documents quality control process. His extensive experience in building detailing is valuable to the firm, and he is someone that our staff feels comfortable going to when they have questions or need assistance.

Christian has been with BRR since 2010, and leads our San Francisco office.
