BTS started its business operations with L&T EPABX and when L&T closed down their EPABX Division, started distribution & direct selling of SYNTEL EPABX from Arvind Ltd. Telecom Division... Today we have a customer base of over 2,000 users across Eastern India backed by over 20 field resources for sales and service support. All our service engineers are fully trained by respective manufacturers like SYNTEL, NEC etc...
