Gino is the exclusive broker for the Thatcher Building, Midtown Shopping Center, LDC Properties and Commercial Builders since 1990. Gino is also the lead broker for Pueblo Diocese Catholic Church, as well as the lead broker in the sale of Pueblo West Golf Course.
Since 1992 Leon Harwood has specialized in residential real estate throughout Pueblo, Colorado. His knowledge and dedication have obtained countless referrals and satisfied clients.
Leon's goal is to make every client a client for life. He easily guides them through each level of the buying or selling process using his skills as a good listener, patience and enthusiasm. Leon uses all the latest technology and traditional print media when marketing homes.
Community involvement is important, and is demonstrated with Leon giving time as a Board Member to Colorado Blue Sky which he has been a member for over 20 years.
After serving Pueblo as a High School teacher, Louie had an opportunity to expand to construction and property development. Founding LDC Properties in 1987, Louie is continually striving to improve Pueblo in order to make it a better place to live.
Louie has received numerous awards for his leadership and commitment to Pueblo including the Pueblo Chamber of Commerce Citizen of the Year, National Sam Walton Business Leader Award, Charles W. Crews Business Leader Award, and the American Red Cross of Southeastern Colorado Humanitarian of the Year Award.
