Ivy Irwin is proud to be the Principal Owner and Operator of CCIS Property Tax Solutions. Ms. Irwin founded CCIS based on her belief that all property owners, no matter how big or small, deserve personalized, reliable property tax representation. Prior to forming CCIS Property Tax Solutions, Ms. Irwin was a Property Tax Manager with WestRock Corporation. Before joining WestRock she served, for six years, as a Managing Consultant in the Atlanta Office of Paradigm Tax Group. Ms. Irwin began her career in Property Tax as a Commercial Valuation Reviewer with Tyler Technologies, CLT Division, where she worked in various county tax offices across the southeast. Tyler is the largest provider of government software and services in the United States.
Ms. Irwin has more than twelve years of property tax experience. She has the unique distinction of having worked in industry, as a consultant, and in county tax offices across the southeast. This wide range of experience enables her to understand property taxes and property tax valuation issues from all points of view. Ms. Irwin speaks the language of owners, county tax professionals, and consultants.
