O3E - Key Persons
Job Titles:
- Sales and Project Manager
Carys has been part of the o3e team since early 2019. She looks after all our clients in London and the south (anything below Birmingham) from our Brighton offices. As Sales and Project Manager, she will take you from your event enquiry through to delivering your event on the day! In her spare time, she loves to travel and try local restaurants in Brighton and Hove.
After graduating with a First in Politics and International Relations from the University of Sussex, Georgina has joined o3e. She helps maintain our B Corp certification, assists with sales/project management and supports o3e as it continues to grow. At the weekend, you might find her in the studio songwriting or on the beach with friends!
As one of our crew members, India has supported us on both virtual and live team challenges! She is also a guest writer on our o3e blog, sharing her experiences from working on our events! In her spare time, she's a singer-songwriter and model, spending time between Brighton and London. She's also super passionate about the environment!

Paula has joined the o3e team in 2022, having spent over 30 years in Sales Development, Account Manager and Customer Success in both public and private sectors. Paula manages events from our new Midlands and Northern Hub and as Sales and Project Manager, she will take you from your event enquiry through to delivering your event on the day! In her spare time, Paula enjoys time with her family and Cocker Spaniel, as well as road cycling, yoga, hiking and is a member Stafford Castle Golf Club.
Peter founded o3e following a career in employee engagement working with top brands like Mars, Deloitte and Merlin Entertainment on both internal and customer facing programmes. On the weekends you may see him out at sea helping people with disabilities get out on the water and during the football season, at Arsenal.
