CIMA LOGISTICS - Key Persons
Since late 2018, Blake Nava has been a vital part of the CIMA Logistics team, where he oversees the financial operations, safety operations, and company partnerships. Blake is responsible for the accounting and finance departments, as well as maintaining the high regulatory standards that have helped CIMA excel.
Internships with ConocoPhillips, XTO Energy, and Caffey Group gave Blake practical experience as he pursued his college education at the University of Oklahoma. After completing his degree in Energy Management & Finance, Blake joined Case Energy Partners as an acquisition associate, where he gained industry experience.
In December of 2018, Blake joined his family at CIMA Logistics, where he now serves as a managing partner. Blake intends on using his background in business management, finance, and law to continue growing CIMA into a world-class logistics provider. Blake is committed to creating value for CIMA, as well as his community, through strategic partnerships within the energy industry.

- Office Operations Manager
As Office Operations Manager for CIMA, Emily oversees the Dispatch Team of 10 that is responsible for effective communication with vendors and drivers to provide on-time deliveries.
Emily manages her responsibilities as she pursues a degree at Texas A&M. Her organizational skills and strong communication contribute to an efficient and productive team environment.
Emily is committed to creating high levels of team engagement and success throughout the organization.
Manny is the face in the field who maintains strong safety standards and compliance across our team. His in-depth knowledge of specialized transportation equipment, and his extensive safety training are instrumental in maintaining and exceeding safety standards. His expertise allows CIMA to maintain a well-equipped and reliable fleet that consistently delivers on time.
An immigrant from El Salvador, Manny started his career with Swift Transportation as a driver in 2005. His experience in the transportation industry led him to fulfilling his dream of entrepreneurship. He quickly established his own business as an owner-operator. He acquired drives to work for his company that transported goods across several industries, including over-the-road, construction, retail, and oil & gas.
Olga Lopez leads CIMA Logistics as the Executive Director, where she has created a culture that focuses on safety and integrity, expanding the business from a fleet of 5 trucks to a fleet of 100.
Olga's background in banking has not only given her strong financial expertise, but during her 30 years in the industry, she also built outstanding leadership skills, managing over 750+ staff members. Strategic planning, employee engagement, and financial management are core areas of expertise for CIMA's Executive Director.
Olga's leadership and business acumen culminated in 2017 when she was named as one of the Top 10 Corporate Executives by Latina Style Inc. for her outstanding leadership, business impact, mentoring and dedication. She joined other honorees from companies such as American Airlines, Walmart, and Google.
Olga has used that expertise and momentum to create CIMA Logistics, a growing logistics company with industry-leading safety standards. As CIMA continues to grow and thrive, Olga continues to create opportunities for Latina women in the DFW community via her relationships with the Greater Dallas Hispanic Chamber of Commerce and The Hispanic 100.
