Utilizing K-Vest's 3D Swing Evaluation Program, we work together to better understand how you are moving today and what can you do to get move during your golf swing more efficiently. In 10 swings, 5 each with a driver and a 6-iron, the K-Vest 3D Swing Evaluation Program will identify areas where your upper body, pelvis, lead arm, lead wrist, and glove hand are out of position and/or sequence. K-Vest makes it easy for us, the coach and player, to quickly understand the biomechanics of your golf swing and what you need to train to improve it. We will work on specific drills using K-Vest's 3D Biofeedback Training, allowing you to truly feel how your body needs to be positioned and/or sequenced to make a more efficient and more consistent golf swing.
