I first started playing the guitar while still at school, saving my pocket money and occasionally my dinner money!!! Eventually saving enough to buy my first electric guitar from the local music shop. I then pestered a friend who already played to show me some chords and a few basic tunes. This started my long journey and love affair with the guitar... After playing (at times not very well) for a few years, which included a few lessons with local guitar teachers in Electric Acoustic and Classical guitar I became frustrated with my lack of progress and hungry to learn more. So in 1992 I auditioned and was accepted on a full time guitar course with the world renown London Guitar Institute West London...
