Bobbie was born and raised in Merritt Island and attended Brevard Community College. She has been with Dawson Law for almost 5 years as one of our Title Agents and is our Office Manager. Her prior experience is 29 years in the Banking and Financial Industry, with a primary focus in mortgage lending, management, investments and insurance services. With a territory of 30+ branches in Brevard, Volusia and Flagler County she was able to achieve "Florida Retail Insurance Leader" for all of Florida. Bobbie was a prior Ambassador for several Chambers of Commerce and an Ambassador Chair during her banking career. Her passion is the commitment for excellence and always going the extra mile. In her free time she enjoys spending time with her daughters and son-in-law, her husband, playing with her dogs, going to the beach, hanging out with friends and family and volunteering with children and animal rescue organizations.
Julia joined the Dawson Law team Spring of 2018. A New York City native turned Florida Resident, she is a light-hearted, spirited individual who enjoys living in the moment and new adventures. Her organizational skills, time efficiency, and quick ability to learn make her a great asset to the Dawson Family.

Penny is a Vermont native and has been a real estate and estate planning paralegal in Brevard since 1977. She graduated from UCF with a Bachelor Degree in Legal Studies. As a former President of both local and state paralegal associations, and member of the local Chamber, BNI, and several other organizations, Penny has a vast network of professional resources from which to draw. She is best known for her problem solving skills, the care she gives to her customers, and her smile. In her free time, Penny likes to swim, play games, and socialize with family and friends.
