Jason earned his Bachelor's Degree in Communications from the University of Maryland where he was a standout lacrosse player prior to playing professionally from 2000-2002. As CFO, Kevin leads the Company's financial stewardship and is at the forefront of strategic decisions teaming with the Company's CEO and President. Kevin's professional career is rooted in public accounting and continues to this day as he is the founding member of Atrox Partners, PLLC, an innovative, boutique accounting, tax and consulting firm specializing in advising selected businesses with revenues up to $100M. The firm serves professionals, entrepreneurs and closely-held growth companies in a variety of industries, including real estate, manufacturing, distribution, construction, health care, and professional services. The firm also provides virtual chief financial officer services, onsite accounting services, project advisory services and financial management to clients. Kevin is an actively licensed Certified Public Accountant. In addition, he is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA). Active in the Tampa Bay community, Kevin contributes his time to The Children's Home by serving as a member of its Board of Directors. The Children's Home is a $10M non-profit community focused organization that impacts lives of over 15,000 children and adults by strengthening families through prevention and outreach and healing the trauma of abuse and neglect. Mr. Walsh graduated from the University of Richmond with a B.S.B.A. degree in accounting. Paul grew up in upstate New York, where he attended Rochester Institute of Technology. A former football player, coach, and owner in professional leagues, Paul approaches both his personal and professional life as one of a servant leader and coach, with over 30 years' experience in mortgage lending and financial services. Paul has held senior production management positions at both the national and regional levels with both national banks and mortgage companies. He has personal experience in origination, process development, and underwriting. He has a passion for assisting others in reaching their goals and objectives, particularly in home ownership. Exceeding three decades of experience in assisting borrowers, Paul has the knowledge and expertise to help each borrower structure the perfect mortgage solution to achieve their goals. Utilizing an advisor's approach to all his customers' situations, he helps them find the best solution to achieve their objectives and long-term goals. Paul believes in the customer for life relationship, treating each one with the best service possible. In any spare time, he can find to wind down, he plays bass guitar or continues to experiment in his gardens. He holds a private pilot's license and loves photography. Walt Leonard graduated from West Virginia University with a Degree in Business Administration and a minor in Economics. After graduation, Walt entered the Air Force assigned to the Strategic Air Command as a member of a Combat Crew Missile Launch Officer at F. E. Warren AFB in Cheyenne, Wyoming. While in the service, he earned his MBA from the University of Wyoming. After the service, Walt spent his early career in management positions in several industries including food service, transportation, and financial services. Walt has over 25 years in the mortgage industry. He has practiced his trade in Pennsylvania, Virginia, DC, and Maryland. He has been successful in several positions in the industry, including loan officer, branch manager, district manager, and regional manager of a large national mortgage company. His extensive background enables him to understand his customers' needs and enables him to recommend the best options for his customers. He has overseen production in his districts of nearly $1 billion per year and has personally originated hundreds of millions of dollars in mortgages for his customers throughout his career. Walt can provide superior guidance and a strong commitment to the needs of a borrower. He will take the time to walk the customer through all of the steps in what is probably the most important investment of their lifetime. He also understands the need for constant and clear communication with his referral partners. Walt lives on the Eastern Shore of Maryland with his wife Amy of 22 years. They have five adult children and six grandkids who keep them busy in their free time. Walt and Amy enjoy sailing the Chesapeake Bay and the US Virgin Islands. They enjoy going to the beach and riding their bikes for outdoor exercise and are active in their community and their church.
