We are uniquely qualified to do these services as our principle engineer has over 30 years of experience in electric utility engineering... Dolan Engineering knows that our job is to make our client's "look good." We believe that planning studies should be documents that are easily updatable. We understand that utilities hire consultants to do jobs that they don't have the staff or the time to do themselves. Therefore, we perform these engineering services as if we were the owner.
