Al Goldstein is the Founder, Chairman & CEO of StoicLane Inc., a long-term acquisition and growth platform that is making strategic long-term investments in the digitization of the FIRE verticals (Finance, Insurance & Real Estate). StoicLane completed its first transaction in March 2021 with a $175 million strategic investment into a hyper-growth, tech-enabled mortgage originator called that is cutting the cost, fees and hassle of a traditional mortgage. Prior to StoicLane, Al Co-founded Avant Inc in 2013, a digital bank for middle-income consumers, and Amount Inc in 2016, a Banking-as-a-Service (BaaS) company helping the largest financial institutions in the world to digitize and deliver a seamless digital and mobile customer experience. Avant and Amount have raised over $750 million of equity capital from leading investors including Goldman Sach, Tiger Global and General Atlantic and JP Morgan. Al has built multiple companies throughout his professional career - including a real estate platform called Pangea Properties and is a Founding Board Member of Spring Labs, a blockchain company. Goldstein has been the recipient of multiple awards for entrepreneurship including winning the Ernst & Young Midwest Entrepreneur of the Year Award twice and being named to the Crain's Chicago Business 40 Under 40 list.

Chad Thomas Hagwood is Senior Managing Director and MHC Production Head for Lument. He is an industry-leading expert in the financing multifamily and manufactured housing communities. Mr. Hagwood oversees the Southeast Region and Lument's Manufactured Housing Community production nationally. His renowned focus, passion, and commitment to our industry, as well as the diligent leadership of his A-Team, ensures that all of Mr. Hagwood's clients receives superior terms and "white-glove" service throughout the entire loan process. Hagwood was Top Producer for the company in 2018, 2019 and 2020. Mr. Hagwood has long been a leading originator and pioneer in manufactured housing community lending. Over the course of his career, Mr. Hagwood has closed well in excess of $10 billion in commercial real estate transactions and is consistently ranked as one of the industry's top mortgage bankers. Prior to joining Lument's predecessor Hunt Real Estate Capital, Mr. Hagwood served as Senior Vice President and Southeast Manager for Capital One Multifamily Finance, managing all of the company's Southeast production staff. Chris A. Milner - Managing Director

Chris A. Milner is Head of Cantor Fitzgerald Investment Management as well as the President of Cantor Fitzgerald Investors, LLC and Cantor Fitzgerald Income Trust, Inc. Mr. Milner joined Cantor Fitzgerald in 2013. Previously, Mr. Milner spent 14 years at BlackRock and was a co-founder of their commercial real estate debt business. At BlackRock, Mr. Milner was Global Head of CRE Debt and private real estate debt funds as well as a member of BlackRock's Corporate Leadership Committee, the Real Estate Executive Committee and the Global Real Estate Investment Committee. Prior to joining BlackRock in 1997, Mr. Milner was responsible for commercial mortgage conduit production at PNC and was also a member of the PNC M&A team which acquired BlackRock and Midland Loan Services in 1995 and 1998, respectively. Mr. Milner has completed over 900 real estate debt, equity and capital markets transactions in North America, Europe and Asia with an aggregate value of over $40 billion, including raising over $14 billion of investor capital. Ivan is also the cofounder of Arbor Multifamily Acquisition Company (AMAC), an investment firm created in 2012, which owns and operates over 12,000 units and has acquired more than $2.5 billion of multifamily properties across the country. Additionally, Ivan is the co-founder and CEO of ArborCrowd, an online real estate investment platform formed in 2016. He has previously served as the chair of the Independent Judicial Election Qualification Commission for the 10th Judicial District of New York, on the national and regional advisory boards of Fannie Mae, and on the board of directors of the Empire State Mortgage Bankers Association. He has been named regional "Entrepreneur of the Year" by Inc. Magazine, and he has served as a regional spokesperson for Global ReLeaf, a program of the American Forestry Association. Since joining the firm in 2016, Matt has played a meaningful role in the firm's growth, having overseen the acquisition of over 41,000 apartments totaling $9.0 billion throughout the U.S., including TruAmerica's initial expansion into the Eastern and Central Region U.S. multifamily markets. Previously, Mr. Ferrari was an Investments Director at AvalonBay Communities Inc., an S&P 500 publicly traded multifamily REIT where he was responsible for acquisitions and dispositions in the Mid-Atlantic and Northeast. During his four years at AvalonBay, Mr. Ferrari was responsible for $500 million in acquisitions and $1.3 billion in dispositions. Prior to his time at AvalonBay, Mr. Ferrari worked for Archstone Communities Inc. in their leadership and development rotational program as a Management Development Associate before becoming a Regional Operations Director for their Eastside Manhattan portfolio in New York City. Mr. Ferrari holds an M.B.A. from Georgetown University's McDonough School of Business and a B.S. in Management and Business from Skidmore College. He is also a member of the Steering Committee at Georgetown University's Steers Center for Global Real Estate, a member of the Urban Land Institutes (ULI) multifamily Blue Council and NMHC's Political Action Committee (PAC).

Peter Febo - COO

Peter Febo is the Chief Operating Officer of Kushner and is responsible for all the operations of the Kushner Companies. Prior to joining he was the Chief Executive Officer of Beam Living (a Blackstone Portfolio Company), where he launched Blackstone's first ever multifamily operating platform that today supports over 15,000 apartments. Prior to Beam Living Peter was the Chief Operating Officer for Taconic Investment Partners where his responsibilities included oversight of commercial and residential asset management, operations, construction, and development projects. Prior to joining Taconic in 2008, he was the Regional Vice President for the New York-New Jersey metro region at Home Properties, overseeing the development and management of a 44-property, 8,500-unit portfolio valued at more than $1 billion. From 2003 to 2006, he was the Director of Investments for Midwest and East Coast assets at AvalonBay Communities. Peter began his career in 1996 at Tishman Speyer Properties as a Property Accountant, before being promoted to Senior Property Manager. During his tenure at Tishman Speyer, he was responsible for the redevelopment of 666 5th Avenue as well as various other commercial redevelopment projects throughout the United States. Peter earned his Bachelor of Science in accounting from the John Wiley School of Business at the State University of New York, Geneseo.
