ER Plumbing & Construction acquired the trenchless sewer specialist, Rhino Rooter, in 2019... Various districts throughout the greater San Francisco Bay Area are now requiring sewer lateral certifications prior to transfer of the title. There are multiple ways of testing sewer laterals depending on your area and their requirement and/or code(s).
