Using Solidworks and CREO, I am constantly building quality projects from sample transmission platform of a TEG machine to eye protections for newborns during phototherapy... Seeing a concept materialize in the form of a prototype is the best feeling for me. Whether it's making a quick demo with cardboard and foam or using 3D printer and CNC to build a work-like, feel-like prototype, I've always enjoyed the process of building projects from scratch... It's never too early to consider how to make things easier and cheaper to manufacutre and assemble. There's a trick in every manufacturing methods: CNC, injection molding, laser cutting or 3D printing. I've learned many of the neat tricks the hard way.
