Steve is the founder of Fathom Insight LLC. He previously led a UX & Customer Research Team at Mercedes Benz R&D North America and worked as a Human Factors Specialist and Researcher for the FAA and Boeing. For over a decade, he taught Human Computer Interaction classes at Washington State University-Vancouver.
