Being completely honest, when I first saw what was involved with the ‘14 day Flat Belly Reboot', I was worried that I wouldn't be able to finish a week of the program.. it seemed like such a small amount of food to eat every day! Cutting out rice was going to be very difficult for me as it is something I grew up eating almost daily. Plus, I had a 10k the first weekend of the program and was scared that it would negatively affect me in the race.
