Bobie Goodman joined Forman Realtors in 2017 along with her sister, Jodie Snider. (Bobie is on the right.
Bobie is an experienced advisor for residential clients, commercial investors, and property managers as she has been building homes for sale for almost 20 years in addition to "flipping" houses and owning rentals.

Jennifer Fielding has over twenty years' experience as the Office Manager and Transaction Coordinator at Forman Realtors. A life-time resident of Knox County, she has a deep knowledge of the Central Ohio area.
Jennifer Fielding plays a key role in the high level of service offered by Forman Realtors. She joined Forman Realtors in June of 2002 and provides support services that free up time for agents to focus more on their clients. She's lived in Knox County for most of her life and has been in the Centerburg area for over 40 years. Jennifer graduated with an Associates Degree from the Mount Vernon Nazarene College and brings well over 40 years' professional office experience to the team at Forman Realtors. She earned her real estate license in 2014.
At Forman Realtors, Jennifer is daily applauded for her ability to make complex processes seem simple. She is the rock solid foundation for many projects and operations.
Jennifer Fielding is married to Bart Fielding, and they have three adult children; Stephany (Joe McGuire), Christopher (Ashton), and Stacy (Jevin Carter). They also have five grandchildren, Addison, Parker, Cooper, Casen, and Knox.
Jennifer graduated from Clear Fork High School and has a real love for the Centerburg area. Her hobbies include gardening, raising livestock, and attending local fairs. She loves farm life and time with her family.
Jennifer is a member of the Centerburg Church of Christ. She's also a member of the "Living Flag Group" that has participated in several central Ohio parades. Finally, Jennifer volunteers at the annual Centerburg Farm Festival Horticulture Exhibit.

Kelly serves as Chair of the Big Walnut Education Foundation and is on the Professional Standards Committee for the Delaware County Board of Realtors. Before joining Forman Realtors, she informed the strategy and creative direction for branding and marketing campaigns at local, national, and international levels. Finally, Kelly has a graduate degree from The Ohio State University along with post-graduate certifications that empower her to negotiate transactions and mediate client relationships with a high level of skill.
Martin is an active Coach with Blast FC, a premier soccer club based out of Columbus, Ohio. Martin, Jessica, and their children are active at the Sunbury Christian Church.
