In 2009, Ford and Ford Insurance Agency was launched from scratch, and quickly built a loyal following among condominium associations. Rapid growth of our humble company was possible because as an independent agency, our interest and loyalty is with our clients. We work for the HOA, not the insurance companies... As independent agent/brokers we are not held "captive" to one company, or a single line of products. We are not employed by any insurance companies and are not bound to any particular carriers... Our agency specializes in Condominium Associations/ HOAs . If you are part of an association, you understand the unique requirements. We spend time exploring different options and unique solutions for our clients. As with most things in life, one size does not fit all. Associations have particular coverage requirements, as dictated by CA Civil Code and just by the nature and structure of each individual association.
