Starting in 2000, Mr. Thomas Marmaros formed IMC. After being a principal in real estate for over 25 years. The idea was to grow a portfolio of office buildings, while providing a management service for tenants and a vehicle to earn a significant rate of return for investors. IMC Real estate is a vertically integrated real estate firm, that acquires, manages, markets and renovates office properties across Quebec, Michigan, Indiana, Ohio and Florida. IMC Canada has purchased over 3 million square feet of commercial, shopping, mixed use and industrial properties in the Province of Quebec. This represented 24 properties with over 400 tenants valued at approximately $250 million of which more than $70 million was sold in 2007...
