Our proposed Headquarters building emphasizes harmony between the employee and their workplace. The design incorporates a three-story atrium, window glass line and large open glass building corners to allow natural light through the space. Large floor plates allow for significant adjacency planning and collaborative work and wide bay spacing provide for flexibility in interior design. Both the site and building speak to sustainable design practices - the site itself is a redeveloped former factory location, and the new building design will incorporate sustainable building features such as photovoltaics, LED lighting, high efficiency mechanical systems, and electric vehicle charging stations.
