Arthur Thomas III, co-founder of Integrity Home Buyers LLC, received his Bachelor's in Industrial & Labor Relations from Cornell University. Upon graduation, he worked in finance on Wall Street for many years while preparing a transition to real-estate investing and community development. Once transitioned, Mr. Thomas focused on residential rehabilitation and acquisition of both his personal investment company and in a consultation capacity for other investors.
With a heart for his hometown of Newark and experience in redevelopment, Mr. Thomas partnered with the city to beautify depressed areas with the construction of new multifamily residences. Later Mr. Thomas formed the Divine Grace Foundation aimed at empowering Newark residents with academic proficiency, financial literacy, mental health care, and workforce employment skills. Both Arthur and his partner Lloyd Doaman are active board members in this foundation, and anticipating acquiring a facility from the City of Newark to expand these initiatives.
Mr. Thomas is currently attending a master's program at Yale University to enhance his ability to create programs and build strategic partnerships to reduce socio-economic inequities in underserved populations.

David Salomon, the founder of On Time Construction LLC, graduated from Farleigh Dickinson University with a degree in Electrical Engineering and studies in Construction/Civil Engineering. Mr. Salomon began his building career early on while working at GE as a Northeast area rep covering from New England to Philadelphia. Mr. Salomon was the project manager for several multi-million dollar projects for GE. Intrigued by the potential for craftsmanship and artistic value in the construction of a site, Mr. Salomon knew he had found his calling. He began to study architecture and small business administration. Soon after that, he started a full-service construction company.

Lloyd Doaman, co-founder of Integrity Home Buyers LLC, graduated magna cum laude from Seton Hall University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance. Mr. Doaman started his career on Wall Street as a Portfolio Manager and Trader at JPMorgan Asset Management. With over 14 years of experience in banking, underwriting, portfolio management, and project management, Mr. Doaman has dedicated his life to community development, which includes real estate and entrepreneurship.
Mr. Doaman is currently the Director of Lending at the Harlem Entrepreneurial Fund and enjoys helping small businesses grow and create jobs in underserved communities. Mr. Doaman also has over ten years of experience investing in real estate by successfully rehabilitating dilapidated houses for rent and resale. Mr. Doaman grew up in Newark with David Salomon from On Time Construction and co-founded Integrity Home Buyers LLC in 2014 with Arthur Thomas III.
