Corey loved the challenge, the pace, and the opportunity to improve operations by making small, incremental changes. Whether he realized it or not, Corey has been excelling at process design and implementation for most of his career.

Julie's path to becoming a partner at Integration Consulting Group is unconventional. She didn't intentionally set out to work in consulting, but she's thrilled that's how things turned out. It's her varied background that makes her so successful. She's worked in the trenches, she's led teams. She's been the entire team. If you asked Julie what her core values are, she'd say "Loyalty. With more than 15 years of experience in M&A integration, large-scale operational improvement initiatives and ERP integrations, Julie is a proven leader, problem solver and expert PMO / IMO resource adept at guiding functional, cross-functional and enterprise-wide requirements for successful acquisition integration planning and execution.
Julie took her first consulting assignment in 2000, and has continued to develop her skills and clients over the past 18 years. She has worked with clients to introduce change management practices, build PMO's, improve teamwork at the executive level and has provided executive coaching. Julie has crafted Integration Playbooks for clients and has helped to plan out global expansions that included both acquisitions and joint ventures. Julie is a trusted partner in providing feedback, growth & development plans and conflict resolution among troubled teams.
Julie is an accomplished leader of high-performing teams, known for delivering results, maintaining transparency and building trust. Julie has deployed both direct and matrix reporting strategies for local, remote and off-shore team members. Julie has led teams of 60+ employees who spanned finance, operations, sales, procurement, and IT work streams.
