Isango Group (PTY) LTD was founded in 2017 by a black female entrepreneur. The passion for this business Isango which means gateway, was born out of being the project lead, having to implement ISO 9001 for a large corporate company in order to improve business processes, almost 20 years ago. What was clear is that traditional methods did not rely on system applications that could automate business processes and neither could it predict consumer behaviour. The reliance on third parties for customer data compounded the problem. What was most evident is that we needed to change how business operated and delivered value to its customers in order to remain relevant and competitive.
