John T. Baun

Dr. Baun is a principal in J E Baun & Associates and a co-founder of Professionals Educational Organization, a not-for-profit educational research organization. Dr. Baun is also a National Trainer for Time to Teach TM, a nationally recognized classroom management program, and formerly the Director of Faculty Development for Herzing University. He specializes in educational consulting in the areas of curriculum development and classroom delivery and management in all grade levels, K-12 and post-secondary. He is currently working on research in the area of concentrated learning and brain plasticity and its impact on retention. Dr Baun in incorporates Six Sigma principles in K-12 and post-secondary professional training to maximize efficiency and efficacy of the classroom. He is the author of articles ranging from pedagogy to legal research to model making in theatre.. Dr. Baun holds a Ph.D. in Higher Education from University of Nebraska-Lincoln, a J.D. from the John Marshall Law School, an MFA from Temple University and a B.S. from Clarkson College of Technology.

Mary Thomas Scott regularly consults with clients in employee performance matters including human capital strategic planning, process and performance management, organizational structure and development, training and other human resources best practices. Ms. Scott is a co-founder of Professionals Educational Organization, a not-for-profit educational research organization. In the Fall of 2009, Ms. Scott served as a US Fulbright Scholar in the Russian Federation working with graduate and undergraduate business students on Cross-Cultural Leadership and International Business Transactions. Education Ms. Scott earned an MBA from Carnegie Mellon's Tepper School of Business and also received a JD from SUNY at Buffalo and is licensed to practice in New York State. Ms. Scott also earned a Masters' Diploma in European Union Management and Employment Law from the University of Leicester (UK).
