JITIHADA SCHOOL

We are an orphanage and charitable organization located in Arusha, Tanzania. We sponsor a myriad of projects to help children and youth - who are either from poor backgrounds or are orphans - that aim to provide them with the education they deserve. We began Jitihada in 2011 and have come very far since then. We attribute much of our success to our volunteers and our supporters worldwide... Jitihada's ultimate goal is to eradicate poverty. We believe that this can be achieved through the provision of education to all those in need. We aim to increase literacy rates and educational achievement goals of the Tanzanian youth. We know that if we all work together to rain the hands, minds and hearts of Tanzanian youth, we will create a better future for all... We are operating in two sites.
