JOHN STARRETT

I am the son of a Building Contractor and have an huge interest in buildings. After completing an HND -- which taught me about various different aspects of construction industry -- I gained a work placement with BDP when they were designing Victoria Square Belfast. This inspired me to seek a career in Design. Working as an assistant for eight months in a rural design practice, I decided to study a degree in Architecture. Despite a few medical set backs throughout the years, I completed BA (Hons) in Architecture at Ulster University.
