Stephanie is the Vice President and Co-Founder of KnowledgeFlight. She is responsible for growing the CRM and Information Management and Sciences Practices. Stephanie has over 15 years at one of the largest insurance companies as the Financial Director. Her main responsibilities included overseeing the financial analysis team, in multiple US Regions, where she established company-wide analytical reporting standards, business units with budgeting and forecasting, and assisted sales and marketing with implementation of high-profile CRM projects.
Out of the office, Stephanie enjoys reading, traveling, and supporting her kids in various sporting and academic activities.
Tim is the CEO and Founder of KnowledgeFlight, which was established in 2006. As CEO, Tim is responsible for the strategic vision for all practice areas, sales and marketing, and establishing a diverse culture where consultants continuously enhance their careers, and enjoy helping their clients. Tim started his career as a Developer for a defense contracting company over 15 years ago in their Asset Tracking and Intelligence Department. Since then, he has consulted for Fortune 5 to medium-sized companies in multiple industries.
Tim enjoys speaking at various technology communities and conferences, discussing the latest technology trends in Information Management and Business Intelligence. In his spare time he designed and instructed a five class Business Intelligence Certificate Series course for Collin College to help Business Professionals enhance their careers and contributions within their organization.
