Aisha McGill serves as Koniag Government Services' (KGS) Chief Business Operations Officer.... Aisha McGill serves as Koniag Government Services' (KGS) Acting Line of Business President, Health. Ms. McGill is the architect of a modernization initiative to streamline back-office services for KGS employees. She leads the development, implementation, and management of a continually enhanced roadmap for transforming, integrating, automating, and securing all KGS business systems, processes, and the information technology (IT) infrastructure. This robust internal foundation elegantly scales through an aggressive corporate growth trajectory. Additional responsibilities include corporate compliance, quality management, marketing and communications, proposal operations, and IT functions. Ms. McGill's business operations expertise has been instrumental in positioning KGS as a competitor in a full and open marketplace. A background in business operations, Ms. McGill has nearly 20 years of experience successfully leading and executing growth strategies for several small and large Federal Government contracting organizations. Ms. McGill holds a Bachelor of Science degree from James Madison University where she received her Six Sigma certification. She has bolstered her skills with industry-focused programs at George Mason School of Business and Harvard Law School.

Carl Buffington

As Chief Growth Officer for Koniag Government Services (KGS), Carl provides executive leadership to the team in collaboration of cross-functional teams, capabilities development, strategic growth both organically and acquisitively, and assists in the oversight and management including budgeting and strategic business partnerships. Carl has over 20 years of experience in the technology space, including executive operational and business development / technology roles. Before joining KGS, Carl helped lead the strategic vision for coupling operational drivers, high caliber staff, and forward-facing technologies to meet customer needs in a $400M portfolio across Federal Intelligence, Civilian, National Security, and Health IT markets. Previously, he was the CEO and President of a software development company specializing in leading edge technology solutions for mobile, web, and cloud solutions. Carl has a BS in Computer Information Systems and sits on the Board of Advisors for the University of Northern Colorado College of Business, his alma mater. He has also been an active participant in several Government/Industry organizations supporting innovation collaboration.

Denise Bailey

Denise Bailey serves as the Chief Administrative Officer for Koniag Government Services. In this role, Ms. Bailey manages the daily administrative operations of Human Resources, Recruiting, Facilities, Security and Contracts. Ms. Bailey collaborates with colleagues to implement policies and develop improvements for the sector. In addition, Ms. Bailey works with others in the Koniag family to drive corporate strategic projects in support of the sector and overall business plans. Ms. Bailey joined Koniag Government Services in August 2011 as the Senior HR Manager. Prior to joining Koniag, Ms. Bailey was the VP of HR and Operations for Washington Management Group where she worked with senior management to create and administer HR policies and procedures, directed recruiting, hiring, benefits and compensation practices for the organization. Prior to her role with WMG, Ms. Bailey was the VP of Finance & Administration for Federal Sources. In this position, Ms. Bailey directed and managed the organization's financial and administrative activities and policies. Ms. Bailey has over 30 years of experience in all aspects of Human Resources and operations. Ms. Bailey obtained her Bachelor of Business Administration from James Madison University and is a Certified Senior Professional in Human Resources.

Jeannette Morris - CFO

Jeannette Morris serves as the Chief Financial Officer for Koniag Government Services, responsible for the management and oversight of the accounting functions as well as financial statement preparation, audit support, and the implementation of internal controls and procedures. She is responsible for managing the sector's costs to maximize profits and facilitate strategic growth. Jeannette joined KGS as the Controller and brings more than 25 years of accounting and finance experience to the organization. She started her career in financial auditing at one of the original "Big Five" consulting firms, where she transitioned to Controller for a mix of small startup companies and large corporations across multiple industries. Jeannette is a licensed Certified Public Accountant and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Ithaca College and a Master of Accountancy from George Mason University.

Jennifer Roadcap

Ms. Roadcap serves as the President of the FED/Civ Line of Business at Koniag Government Services. She is focused on Department of State (DOS) mission critical programs while working to grow her relationships and work across agencies. Ms. Roadcap is known for fostering a cohesive culture and a shared commitment to our customers' missions. Her priority is operational excellence at every level. Ms. Roadcap has a demonstrated track record to the long-term success of the programs she leads. She has 30 years of experience in the information technology field concentrating on systems engineering, program management and leading and mentoring colleagues to meet their career goals. Mrs. Roadcap started with Koniag in 2018 managing our largest Department of State (DOS) contract and, has since, been instrumental in growing our presence at DOS. Prior to joining Koniag, Jennifer spent the last 18 years managing large scale government contracts at DOS and other agencies. Ms. Roadcap holds an MBA from James Madison University and a Bachelor of Science Computer Information Systems from James Madison University.

Joshua Vo

Joshua Vo serves as the Director of Compliance for Koniag Government Services (KGS), ensuring business operations are performed in compliance with all state and federal laws. Mr. Vo leverages his comprehensive knowledge of the Small Business Administration (SBA) to confidently ensure KGS is proactively compliant across all of its subsidiaries. His thorough understanding of subsidiary planning makes Mr. Vo a vital part to the continuing business growth of KGS. Mr. Vo was born and raised in Alaska and joined Koniag in 2016. He holds a Bachelor of the Arts Degree in Business Administration from the University of Alaska Anchorage, and is involved with other Alaska Native- focused organizations outside of work.

Kevin Wideman is Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Koniag Government Services (KGS), with over 30 years of experience in leadership positions. As CEO, Mr. Wideman manages a portfolio of wholly owned subsidiaries focused on providing the Federal Government with solution-oriented IT and professional services. Mr. Wideman focuses on revenue growth, strategic planning, operational excellence, and customer delivery. He specializes in building employee centric business culture based upon high-quality customer service, recognition of outstanding employee performance, and the common pursuit of company goals. This has allowed Mr. Wideman to position KGS as a leader and sought-after partner within the Government Information Technology Services industry. Since joining KGS in September 2018, Mr. Wideman has led the company's growth from performing US$100+ million in annual revenues to US$600+ million projected for FY 2023, with corresponding net profits that are growing exponentially. Under his leadership, the company also grew from 130 employees to an incredible team of more than 2000 today. KGS is recognized by 2023 Top Workplaces. Linda F. Czajka

Ms. Czajka is the President of the Operations Management Line of Business and reports directly to the Koniag Government Services (KGS) CEO. In this capacity, she is responsible for the planning, management and financial performance of the Group and is the senior executive decision maker regarding all operational and business development activities with Government and Commercial clients. She is actively engaged in the identification of industry teaming partners to further promote the Group's presence in the defense publishing and integrated logistics support sectors. Ms. Czajka directs a staff of six (6) senior managers and monitors the performance of 150+ employees. Her background includes over 35 years of experience in program management, organizational development and business growth initiatives. She has successfully grown organizations by targeting specific business opportunities and developing corresponding new skill sets organically. Prior to joining KGS, Linda worked for General Dynamics Land Systems Division where she held multiple supervisory and program management positions, the last being the Manager of the Technical Training Department. In this capacity, she directed the activities of over 75 trainers and field service representatives who supported the introduction of new and legacy combat vehicle systems to the user community. Her efforts in developing unique programs geared to specific customer and user needs earned her the recognition of being one of the division's Most Outstanding Employees. Ms. Czajka also has significant experience in assisting both U.S. and foreign companies in the interpretation of requirements and preparation of proposals to various Department of Defense agencies for the acquisition of new and updated weapon systems of all types. Internationally, she has worked with several companies in Sweden, Germany and the United Kingdom and has represented those companies to senior military and acquisition officials in the U.S. Ms. Czajka holds of Bachelor of Science Degree in Education and a Master of Arts in Organizational Development and Communications. During her time as an educator, she developed and taught courses in organizational behavior and business communications at the Detroit College of Business and Wayne State University in Detroit, Michigan.

Marc Madison

Marc Madison serves as the Vice President of Strategic Pricing for Koniag Government Services. Mr. Madison manages the complex analysis, modeling, and reporting on factors that impact pricing and profitability while developing best-in-class pricing proposals and strategies. He develops pricing approaches that set direction for KGS and our subsidiaries and ensures long- and short-term profitability for our Alaska Native shareholders. Mr. Madison joined Koniag in 2011. His career has included more than 20 years of Federal pricing experience, and he has worked for several Fortune 500 government-contracting companies. Mr. Madison holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Maryland, and he received a Project Manager Certification from George Washington University.

Matthew Carle

Mr. Carle currently serves as the President of the Defense Line of Business at Koniag Government Services. In this role, Mr. Carle is wholly responsible for the Operating Group's growth and operations with annualized revenue in excess of $80M. He is directly responsible for capturing more than $375M in competitive and sole-source awards over the last 24 months. He specializes in helping both Defense and Federal Civilian organizations optimize investments in their people, processes and technologies to achieve maximum mission performance. He has 20 years of experience in public and private sector management consulting, concentrating on strategy, systems engineering, organizational change, program management, and information technology. Mr. Carle began his career at Koniag in 2012, leading the development of the company's growth within the DoD Office of the Secretary of Defense. Prior to joining Koniag, he worked in Program Management at both large and small business supporting a wide range of government clients. Mr. Carle holds a Master of Science in Engineering Management from George Washington University and a Bachelor of Arts in History from Ohio University.

Ray Coleman - CIO

Ray Coleman is Chief Information Officer of Koniag Government Services (KGS). Mr. Coleman has extensive experience leading enterprise IT modernization initiatives for the Department of Defense and Federal Civilian agencies. Most recently, he served as Executive Program Director, Cloud Management Office, for the Internal Revenue Service (IRS). Prior to the IRS, Mr. Coleman was Chief Information Officer for the Defense Contract Management Agency and he rose to the position of Chief Information Officer at the United States Department of Agriculture's Natural Resources Conservation Service, after holding the post of Chief Information Security Officer. Previously, Mr. Coleman owed an Independent IT Security Consultancy. A graduate of Strayer University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Internetworking Technology, Mr. Coleman also graduated from the Defense Acquisition University, attaining a DAWIA Level III-Information Technology. He served his country as a member of the U.S. Army.
