We manage our properties and are expanding our property management services for other investors. Our mission is simple: maintain a successful business that provides affordable housing while also creating a sustainable social impact model... Today in 2024 LH LLC's strategies now include, flipping and development and fund management. We have expanded our expertise to include additional investment opportunities for others. We have started an affordable housing project in Albany, NY while exploring other locations for development. Our private equity firm is now engaged in providing offers to individuals.
