Adrianne Panelli

Adrianne Panelli has been with McKenzie Properties Management, Inc. and McKenzie Construction, Inc. since 2006. She is a licensed Real Estate Salesperson and Property Manager responsible for the day to day organization and management of the office, building related issues, repairs and maintenance, customer service and leasing. Formerly working as a Customer Service Supervisor in the banking industry for nearly ten years, and as a Grant Writer for a local non-profit organization, she has spent the majority of her career in customer service. Adrianne earned a Bachelor of Science in Consumer Science and Speech Communications from the University of Nevada Reno and is a member of the University Nevada Alumni Association, and volunteer for the Northern Nevada Special Olympics.

Andy Helfenstein

Andy Helfenstein is responsible for formulating financial models on potential new developments and acquisitions, managing the budget process and conducting market research. Andy has over 20 years of private and public equity investment and strategic finance experience. Previously, he was an associate with Westwind Investors, where he formulated financial models on many investments, including a 6,000-acre development/agriculture property. Andy earned a Bachelor of Science in business from the University of Nevada Reno and a Master of Business Administration from Boston College, where he received the Wall Street Journal award as the top finance student of his class. Andy was raised in Lake Tahoe and enjoys all the region has to offer.

Brien McKenzie

Brien is responsible for the management of all construction projects for McKenzie Properties and McKenzie Construction. Brien brings more than 20 years construction management experience, including heavy civil, industrial, and commercial development. After graduating from UC Davis with a degree in Economics, Brien began his career with Peter Kiewit Sons, a Fortune 500 heavy civil contractor. He joined McKenzie Construction in 2005 and has since been responsible for the construction and management of over 2 million square feet of commercial office, retail, and industrial projects in the Northern Nevada market. Brien is committed to quality construction and has served on the board of the Associated General Contractors.

Calvin Olsen

Job Titles:

Calvin joined McKenzie Properties Management, Inc. in April 2019 and his main responsibilities are accounts receivable and accounts payable. He also is responsible for preparing monthly financial statements. Calvin graduated from the University of Nevada, Reno in December of 2017 with a Bachelor's degree in Finance and minor in Economics. Prior to joining McKenzie, Calvin was a fixed asset accountant at Panasonic Energy of North America.

Jerry Jones

Jerry Jones join McKenzie Construction in 2022. As Project Manager, he is responsible for managing new construction projects, from the design and permitting phase, through project closeout. He also oversees tenant improvement projects. He has more than 45 years of construction experience as an owner, CM at risk, contractor at risk and owner's representative for commercial, medical, housing and tilt-up developments. He has experience with projects in sectors including federal, state, county, city and private sector ranging from $500,000.00 to $1,000,000,000.00 in value. His specialty is high security facilities, which he has completed all over the United States, as well as foreign countries. Jerry enjoys fishing, motorcycle riding and is always up for a round of golf.

Justin Noin

Justin Noin has been with the company since 2008, specializing in driving development, acquisitions, due diligence, and lease negotiations for commercial real estate assets. With more than 18 years of experience, and 15 years focused on acquisition, development and asset oversight at McKenzie Properties, Justin is responsible for direct oversight of a portfolio comprising 2M+ SF of industrial, office, and retail properties, housing over 170 tenants. As SVP, Acquisitions and Development, Justin oversees leasing, marketing oversight, staff management, tenant recruitment and retention, reporting of portfolio status and financials, contract and documentation compliance review, external broker relationships, and the management of RFP's and tenant and capital improvement projects. In addition to his role at McKenzie Properties, he is a member of the Board or Directors of the Northern Nevada Chapter of the University of Southern California Alumni Association and also the Development Council for NAIOP Northern Nevada. Justin earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Southern California and served as an Officer in the United States Navy.

Rob Morgan

Rob Morgan is responsible for overseeing financial reporting, accounting, treasury management, fund admin, compliance, risk management and securing financing for acquisitions and development for McKenzie Properties Management, Inc. Rob brings 20 years experience including 10 years as Director of Corporate Accounting at a public traded company, and 4 years in the Audit & Assurance division of Deloitte to his role. He earned his Master of Accountancy and Bachelor of Science in Accounting degrees from the University of Nevada, Reno. Rob is a Certified Public Accountant, Certified Global Management Accountant and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

Robert LaChance

Robert LaChance joined McKenzie Properties Management, Inc. in 2021 as Director of Property Management. He is responsible for the oversite and management of the company's property portfolio. Robert brings more than 30 years of experience in property management to his role, working in all facets of property management, including TI construction management, marketing, policy development, contract negotiation and budget oversite and implementation. Robert attended the University of Alaska- Fairbanks, received his Certified Shopping Center Management Designation (CSM) from the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) in 2014 and became a Certified Property Manager (CPM) with the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) in 2019. Robert serves on the National Governance Council for IREM and on the Board of Directors for IREM Reno/Tahoe Chapter #89.

Todd McKenzie - President

As President, Todd McKenzie is responsible for strategy, investment origination, development, and asset management. During his tenure with the company, he has been involved in more than 26 projects including Retail, Office and Industrial, more than 15 ground up developments and 11 value add acquisitions with a total asset cost of projects over $400 million. Under his leadership, McKenzie Properties Management, Inc. received the Developer of the Decade award from NAIOP in 2015. Todd received a dual degree in Finance and English from Boston College and later completed his Masters of Business Administration from the University of California, Los Angeles. Prior to joining the company in 2005, he served 12 years as a Financial Advisor at Lehman Brothers NY & UBS LA. In addition to his role, Todd is a former Chairman of Finance & Investment Committee at Renown Health and has previously served as the President of Northern Nevada NAIOP.

Weston Powell
