MC ENGINEERING - Key Persons
Originally from the UK, Archie joined the team in September 2023 after a period of travelling the world. He worked previously as a Civil Engineer and Project manager for a number of years in the UK.
Archie works in the civil team in Wanaka as a Geotechnical Engineer, As a keen skier, trail runner and climber he enjoys all Wanaka has to offer.

Cameron joined the company in 2015 as a graduate of Canterbury University. Cameron is a highly valued member of the team.

Carl gained valuable work experience in New Zealand and Australia before starting Meyer Engineering in 2013. Having now worked on thousands of projects Carl understands the value in providing practical innovative construction solutions. Carl's project portfolio is wide and varied, ranging from high end residential and commercial projects to building alterations, peer reviews, and seismic assessments.
Carl leads the structural team and is based in our Cromwell office.
Jackson joined the team in March 2023 after travelling and living overseas including Auckland and Whistler.
After graduating from structural engineering in Prague and teaching reinforced structures Jan joined one of the biggest building companies in the Czech Republic focusing on large scale industrial buildings. The passion for seeking new experiences, architecture and outdoor activities brought him to New Zealand.
Jordan has several years' experience working for Local Council in the 3 Waters field with a background in asset management, hydraulic modelling, project management and design.

Mark is a chartered Civil and Geotechnical Engineer with a wealth of experience in land development and transportation engineering. Originally from Scotland, Mark has practiced as an engineer in New Zealand since 2003.
Sean comes from a structural engineering background. He has worked in New Zealand and Australia.
Sean is working between both Cromwell and Wanaka offices assisting the team on a variety of design projects.
Teegan originally joined MCE in 2016 as our first scholarship recipient and student engineer, while completing his studies at the University of Canterbury. After completing his studies in 2019, he has worked with expansive soils in Auckland and liquefiable soils in Christchurch.
Teegan re-joined the company in January 2022 as a highly valued member of the Geotechnical team based in Wanaka. From March 2024 Teegan is on extended overseas leave.
Vicki looks after the day-to-day running of the offices. Financial, business and project administration, client and contractor relationship management, as well as making sure all members of staff are well supported with their HR and well-being needs. With a consistent smile and positive attitude, Vicki is always ready to assist with your project enquiries.
