Amanda is one of our Senior Receptionists who has been with the Practice since we opened in January 2016. She has 8 years Medical Administration experience and we consider her to be a very warm and friendly individual who is dedicated to providing patients with the best customer service possible. Amanda has a Certificate III in Medical Administration and is currently studying a Diploma in Practice Management to further her career and knowledge in the medical field.
In her spare time she enjoys going to the gym and spending time with friends and family.
Dr Danish Khan is a General Practitioner who graduated in 1995, and received his fellowship from Royal College of General Practitioners in 2006. He has vast clinical experience and deals with a wide gamut of diseases and patients of all age groups.
Dr. Danish Khan has over 10 years' experience working in rural and city hospital treating a variety of emergency cases as well as medical and surgical presentations. He has over 10 years' experience treating patients within a General Practice environment.
His G.P interests are pain management, skin cancer checks, minor surgeries, chronic disease, antenatal shared care, paediatric healthcare, nursing home and home visits. He also consults with patients undergoing Work-Cover/ Motor Vehicle Accident insurance cases. His jovial nature and down to earth approachable attitude makes his patients feel comfortable and satisfied overall.
Dr Irwanto is a Consultant physician and geriatrician based in Sydney, Australia. Dr Irwanto graduated graduated from the University of New South Wales medical school in 2005 and have worked in several large Sydney tertiary hospitals as well as in Singapore hospitals for many years, prior to being awarded his FRACP as a consultant physician and geriatrician in 2014. I have many years of experience in all aspects of geriatric medicine including acute geriatric medicine, cognitive assessment, falls assessment, ortho-geriatrics, community geriatric medicine, geriatric rehabilitation and general adult internal medicine.
I am also actively involved in research and have published research in the geriatric medicine field, mainly in the community geriatric medicine. My recent article with my colleagues has been published at Internal Medicine Journal by the Royal Australasian College of Physician.
Currently, I am working as a part-time staff specialist in geriatric medicine at Bankstown Hospital. Together with my colleague, I have developed successful acute geriatric services for nursing home patients for the Bankstown area, which incorporated hospital-like treatment in nursing homes. This program has been successful in reducing nursing home patients' presentation to Bankstown Hospital.
I have been very active in the private practice in the Bankstown area for the last 4 years and have been doing rooms and outside visits to nursing homes around Bankstown and the surrounding areas. I am also expanding to Moorebank as it is part of the same Local Area Health Service.
Teaching and Education are also my strong interests. Dr Irwanto has been involved with teaching medical students for many years and is also currently supervising for geriatric advanced trainees at the Bankstown Hospital. Dr Irwanto attends regular conferences to ensure his knowledge is always up to date. I am currently also acting as one of the supervisors for our geriatric advanced trainees at Bankstown Hospital.
Dr Lauren Cross is a locally trained registrar who has been working in the South West Sydney area for the last 3 years. Dr Lauren Cross has a keen interest in all areas of medicine though predominantly women's health, paediatrics and child health and mental health.
Dr Long graduated from the University of Sydney and has since worked in areas including Concord, Oberon, Broken Hill and Dubbo.
Dr Long's medical interests are varied and include areas such as musculoskeletal medicine, dermatology, chronic disease and preventative healthcare.

Dr Tuan Bui is a well-recognised General Practitioner in the Sydney South West district, looking after the health of local residents in the Liverpool area for over 25 years.
Dr Tuan Bui has a keen interest in teaching and has been teaching Registrars and Medical Students for the last 15 years through GP Synergy, UNSW & WSU. He was also a FRACGP Examiner in 1995-1996 and involved in FRACGP exam training through AMCA preparing students for the exam. His special interests are Pain Management, Complex Multiple Chronic Illness, Anxiety & Depression, surgical procedures as well as many other fields of medicine.
Dr Bui is passionate about delivering great preventative care. His witty and knowledgeable personality makes him well liked by his patients. Dr Bui loves to share his knowledge. He is bilingual and speaks fluent Vietnamese.
Ferdous is an experienced Nurse Practitioner with an extensive level of knowledge in General Medicine, in particular, diabetes and chronic diseases. She has a Master's Degree in Child, Youth & Family Health, a Post Graduate Diploma on Diabetes Education and Management, and a Master's Degree as a Nurse Practitioner in General Practice. She speaks fluent Persian.
After raising a family, and focusing on own her own health Leonie's initial role was four weeks of work experience to complete her Certificate 11 in Business in 2016.
During this time Leonie's ability to learn quickly and take on new responsibilities added tremendous value to our growing practice, which is why we asked her to stay on as part of the team.
Since joining our team Leonie has utilised and expanded her learned skills and broadened her knowledge in all aspects of administration as well as medical reception. Leonie loves to spend time with her husband and adult children, she is renowned for being a great cook and enjoys gardening.
Moustafa is a very passionate podiatrist who enjoys working with people of all ages. Moustafa has a Bachelors in Health Sciences and Masters in Podiatric Medicine which he completed at the University of Western Sydney. Since graduating he has worked in many different aspects of podiatry including; paediatrics, sports podiatry, geriatrics and the diabetic foot. Moustafa has competed at many high levels of sports and has taken his experience on the field to help treat and prevent injuries in athletes, children and adults.
Moustafa regularly attends workshops and seminars to expand his knowledge and treatment options to provide the best outcome and results for his patients.
Moustafa's drive to pursue podiatry is his love for sports and helping people improve their overall well-being and quality of life. Whilst Moustafa is very knowledgeable about the variety of all common issues relating to the lower limb, he has a keen interest for lower limb biomechanics, treating flat feet and knee pain, paediatric patients suffering from in-toeing and out-toeing, prescribing custom made orthotics and assisting patients with work-related injuries, allowing them to return to their full potential.
Noura in one of our Senior Medical Receptionists, she brings with her over 15 years of Administrative experience within the Healthcare sector. She takes pride in her attention to detail, is exceptionally organized and adapts quickly and efficiently come what may. Her polite and gentle nature makes her a pleasure to communicate and work with. Noura has completed her Diploma in Office Administration at the Australian College.

Ramsey is a Registered Psychologist with The Psychology Board of Australia and Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency. He is also an approved provider of psychological services under the Medicare Better Access to Mental Health Scheme and has worked in the private practice setting for over five years.
Altogether, Ramsey has had over 10 years experience as a psychologist working across various industries including Community Mental Health, Education, Employment Services and Private Practice. In these roles, Ramsey has developed extensive experience in the provision of various psychological therapies in working with people with various mental health conditions and complex psychosocial issues.
Ramsey has particular expertise in transcultural mental health, whereby he has extensive experience working with people of culturally and linguistically diverse (CALD) backgrounds. He completed his psychology internship program with the Transcultural Mental Health Centre where he was trained in the particular use of counselling and therapeutic skills with people of a non - English speaking background.
Razeena has been a valued employee at Moorebank Family Medical Practice since 2016. She has worked in the healthcare field since 2008 and has gained extensive Medical Administration experience. She began her career as a Medical Receptionist and quickly worked her way up as Practice Manager. She passionately promotes our mission which is to encourage optimum health, wellbeing and disease prevention in a compassionate environment that provides exceptional customer service.
She leads with a very hands-on approach to the daily operations of the Practice and has developed proven strategies in the management of billing, marketing, HR operations, accounts receivable, accounts payable and strategic planning.
Razeena has her Bachelors in Environmental Science, in her spare time she likes to spend time with her family and go on spontaneous travel adventures.
